Terms & Conditions

Use of any of our services assumes that you have read and agree with Woof Gang Dog Training terms and conditions.

Booking/Payment

Payment for one to one services is due on or before the day, in cash or by bank transfer. There is a 24 hour non cancellation policy in place.

 

Payment for 8 classes is due one week before the start date by bank transfer, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed. Once a booking form is received the place is held and you are obligated to make payment for the full course. There is a no refund policy in place and once payment is made your place remains open to you for the full 8 weeks of the course.

 

Purchasing any equipment from Woof Gang Dog Training, payments needs to be made before it is delievered.  Once delievered, there is no refund policy in place once payment has been made.

 

- If you have planned holidays or other planned absences allowances are made for this with advanced notification.

- Please note, if you do not notify us 24 hours in advance, of your absence we will be classifying the session as delivered.

- Payment for classes is due on the day itself, cash only.*

- Payment for Private lessons is due on the day itself on the first session, cash only.  Other sessions, follow ups is due 3 days before the next session.*

- Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

- We are no longer accept cheques payment.

 

*If failed to pay, a fee of 100RM will be implemented for lateness.
