Use of any of our services assumes that you have read and agree with Woof Gang Dog Training terms and conditions.

  •  TRAINING SESSIONS AND BEHAVIOR VISITS

All private training and behavior sessions with our trainer must be confirmed in advance at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Twenty fours notice must be given for any cancellations otherwise will be invoiced at full cost. Cancellations must be sent by email or phone and do not count unless confirmed as having been received. Any missed sessions without the required notice period will be void. Any cancellations of behavior consultations without the required notice period will result in the loss of 50RM of your prepaid fee. To rebook you must pay the deficit. Our trainer will make two attempts to contact clients after the first visit to book for further visits. It is up to the client to keep in touch and provide updates in order to receive the full benefit of a behavior package.

Any 1) training sessions which go over one hour will be charged as another session.

Payment for 1) training sessions is due on the day in cash only.

  •  WHAT TO BRING / PRESENT (At the Training center)

 1. Your current vaccination certificate

2. As many family members who are willing to attend

3. A supply of food treats (100-200 small pea sized pieces)

4. A mat (large enough for you and your dog to sit on)

5. Poo bags to dispose of your dog's waste properly

6. Your dog's favorite toy and a stuffed food treat such as a kong.

  • FEEDING DOGS BEFORE LESSONS (Applies for Home-base & Training center)

Dog training classes can be very distracting places for dogs so it is imperative that you DO NOT feed your dog his/her normal meal dog prior to class. This way your dog will be hungry and more inclined to pay attention to you. If you feel it necessary to give your dog some food prior to classes do not give him/her more than HALF their usual meal.

  •  HOW TO DRESS FOR CLASS (Applies for Training center)

Please wear comfortable clothes to class. You may be required to get on the ground with your dog. Enclosed, non-slip footwear is necessary for safety reasons. Sometimes part of the class will be held outdoors so bring clothing suitable for training outdoors on grass.

  •  CLASS CONSIDERATIONS (Applies for Training center)

Please be considerate to other students, dogs and the instructor during class and SWITCH OFF MOBILE TELEPHONES prior to class. Please do not carry on your own conversation while the instructor is talking, this is distracting to everyone present.

  •  SICK OR INJURED DOGS (Applies for Training center)

If your dog is sick or injured please do not bring him/her to class. Upset stomachs, coughs and many other bugs are easily passed on so if in doubt give us a call. The safety of your dog and other dogs in the class is paramount to us. DO NOT bring bitches in season (in heat) to class.

  • LATE ARRIVALS (Applies for Training center)

Please ensure you arrive to each class at least 5 minutes early and are ready to start on time. Often late arrivals can disrupt dogs already in class once they have a settled; it then takes another 5 minutes of a one hour lesson to settle them down again. It can also cause great stress to your dog to have the dogs already in class react to his/her arrival. Of course, we realize that sometimes being late cannot be avoided. Please allow plenty of time for travelling to avoid traffic delays etc.

  • COURSE START DATE (Applies for Training center)

We require minimum numbers of five enrolled dogs in order to begin a course. A dog is not deemed enrolled until payment has been made in full. Occasionally courses may not start on the scheduled start date due to lack of enrolments. If this happens you will be advised via text and/or email and your course will begin once minimum numbers are met.

Occasionally postponements in other courses will affect our scheduling. For example if the class prior to yours is postponed due to inclement weather, instructor illness etc this may affect the start date of your course. You will be notified via text and/or email as soon as possible.

  • BAD WEATHER & INSTUCTOR ILLNESS POLICY (Applies for Training center)

It is sometimes impossible to hold classes in inclement weather. We will advise you via text when classes are required to be rescheduled prior to class on the day. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH YOUR MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND/OR EMAIL.

Please check your text messages BEFORE scheduled class times during bad weather.

Occasionally instructors become ill and are unable to teach class. You will be notified via text and/or email at least one hour prior to the scheduled class.

If classes are rescheduled due to inclement weather or instructor illness your course will run for an extra week (or more if required - since we cannot control the weather) on the same day at the same time. It is important that you take this into account when enrolling since refunds will not be offered in this case.

  • Training Sessions - Agreement to Hold Harmless and Assumption of Risk

The registrant understands that attendance at a dog training session may pose some risk to themselves, members of their family, their guests, and their dog(s) and expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury (to themselves, their dog(s), and/or any minors attending a dog training session with them) incurred as a result of a dog training session conducted by or on behalf of Woof Gang Dog Training. If registrant will be bringing children to the session, they will be responsible for their care and appropriate supervision.

To minimize all risks, the registrant agrees to disclose to the trainer any danger or sensitivities their dog(s) may present. The registrant will immediately inform the trainer of any situations that may provoke aggression in their dog(s) and be responsible for avoiding those situations.

In consideration of their participation in a dog training session or sessions conducted by or on behalf of Woof Gang Dog Training, the registrant, on behalf of themselves and any minors attending the dog training session(s) with them, waive, release, and agree to hold harmless Woof Gang Dog Training and any and all of its employees, volunteers, agents, insurers, and successors from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained by them or their dog(s) in connection with the dog training session. Registrant is responsible for damages caused by their dog(s) and/or family members.
